Most frequently asked questions:
(Q) How much do you charge?
(A) Rates are determined by the hours, we have a minimum of 2 hours.
(Q) Is there a delivery charge?
(A) We deliver within 50 miles free of charge, over 50 miles there is a small per mile fee for private events.
(Q) Do we pick up the unit?
(A) No, we deliver, Set up, Attend if needed, Take down.
(Q) Are you insured?
(A) Yes, we are fully insured and state inspected by the North Carolina Dept. of Labor every year.
(Q) Do you have rules and limits on the bouncers?
(A) Yes, the attendant will bring a copy for you when the rental is delivered. He will also go over the unit and answer any questions you may have.
(Q) Are the units safe?
(A) Absolutely, they are made of 18 oz vinyl, fire retardent material straight from professional inflatable bouncer manufactures in California. No cheap or dangerous walmart or kmart brands here. We care for kid's to much for those inflatables and want them to stay safe. Remember, it is safer to rent from us, than to take a chance on the GREAT DEAL at those stores. Also, FYI, it is illegal to use store bought inflatable's for public use, including church, school, special events such as (example) relay for life, any event attended by the public.
(Q) What if it rains while we have it?
(A) If it rains before we set up, you have the option of having a back up indoor spot, or rescheduling at a later date. If you decide to set the unit up with the threat of rain, the rental is yours, there will be no refund once the unit is on the ground. If you have the unit up and it begins to rain, remove children and turn blower off and unplug. The delivery driver will explain all of this along with all safety info you need to know.
(Q) Do you set up indoors?
(A) Yes, all we need is ceiling height, right now we need at least 15' to 18' clearence. And we need an area of 20' x 20' for each bouncer.
(Q) What do you supply?
(A) The jumpzone supplies everything for the rental. If a generator is needed, we will supply at an additional charge. We need to be as close to a power supply as possible, no more than 75' away, and no overhead wires. If indoors, electricity must be provided, NO GENERATORS WILL BE USED INDOOR'S.
